Refund policy

E-design Packages

Due to the custom nature of our E-Design packages, we do not offer refunds. To ensure you are completely happy with your design concept, we do however offer 2 visual presentations of your room, allowing you to mix and match furniture items from each style board.

Shop

Items purchased from our Shop collection have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at maisonologie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These items include e-design packages, furniture (including special order and custom made), custom products, commissioned artwork and paintings, special orders, personalized items, e-gift cards, and sale items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at maisonologie@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
